Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

It’s pink, bubbly and pretty! Anytime I sip this Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail it brings a smile to my face. This girl loves champagne (aka “champs” if you’re a Real Housewives of Orange County Fan) and making it pink makes me love it even more. This cocktail recipe highlights the flavors of the pomegranate and X-rated Fusion Liqueur as well as the bubbles of the champagne. It’s the perfect Champagne Cocktail to incorporate into date night or Sunday Brunch with your girlfriends.

Champagne Cocktail

Unlike some cocktail recipes, this one only requires 3 ingredients. If you’ve never had X-rated Fusion Liqueur you’re in for a treat. It’s vodka based with blood orange, mango and passion fruit highlights. You only need a splash so each bottle will last for quite some time.

Ingredients

• ▢ 4 oz Champagne
• ▢ ½ oz Pomegranate Liqueur
• ▢ ¼ oz X-rated Fusion Liqueur
• ▢ Optional: Pomegranate Arils

Instructions

 

• Pour the pomegranate liqueur and X-rated Fusion Liqueur into a champagne flute. Fill the rest of the glass with champagne and top with a few pomegranate arils.
