Coconut does a body good and so does this Coconut and Pineapple Cooler, featuring coconut water, pineapple juice and high quality vodka. H.I.G.H Quality Vodka…don’t go Popov on us. This drink only contains 3 light ingredients so splurging on a high quality vodka is key.
There are so many benefits of coconut water, so really, it’s like you’re doing your body good when you throw back this baby. Two kidneys? Well, maybe you need two of these? One for each.

Without further delay, here is the cocktail we’ll be sipping on at 12:00pm today!

Ingredients
- 2 oz Coconut Water
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz High Quality Vodka
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker and shake about 40 times until the contents are ice cold!
- Pour into an empty coconut shell or high ball glass with ice.
