We have a long standing love affair with peaches every year between June – August. Year after year they flood our plates on a daily basis until they’re gone, only to return the following year ripe and luscious. While we love this Peach and Avocado Fruit Salad, our preference goes to this grand creation….Peaches and Arugula Salad. What makes it so special? The addition of Peach Infused Vinegar. Plain balsamic or red wine vinegar can get a bit boring so we spice it up with some extra peach flavors.

Adding the additional layer of flavor can really take a salad or dish over the top. You can use flavored olive oil as well, but we like to stick to the good ol’ fashion olive oil and mix it up with flavored vinegar.
