Now back to the good stuff!

Our Grand Marnier and Lillet Blanc Raspberry Peach Cocktail is one for the keeper pile. It’s like a refreshing mojito without the mint. Actually, you can probably smash one of those in also, but why mess with perfection?

FACT: For those who like a stiff drink, float an extra shot of Grand Marnier on the top. It’s such a light liqueur that you won’t get pucker face like you do when throwing back tequila floaters.

FACT: If you’re not familiar with Lillet Blanc, you’re out of the James Bond fan club.

Grand Marnier

There are a few things to keep in mind when mixing up this liquid goldmine:

Don’t skimp on the raspberries. It’s what lends the refreshing and light flavor.

Don’t have superfine sugar? Regular sugar works too, it just won’t dissolve as well. Make sure to add an extra teaspoon if you’re using regular.

Don’t add too much lime juice. Less is more with this cocktail.

If you can’t find mandarine flavored seltzer water, try berry flavored or plain. You can always add a squeeze of mandarine juice, or extra dash of the orange bitters, to get the extra citrus flavor.

Now head over to Drizly to order ingredients for this cocktail!
