Fruit Punch Granita
Granita Recipe featuring Fruit Punch, Mint and Lime.

    • 3cup Fruit Punch Juice
    • 1/2cup Coconut Rum
    • 1/4cup Chopped Mint Leaves
    1. Mix the fruit punch, rum and chopped leaves in a 8″ x 8″ pan or 8″ round pan.
    2. Transfer the bowl to the freezer.
    3. After 1 hour, remove the bowl and scrape the mixture with a fork. Repeat every 45 minutes or so until there is no liquid left, just ice flakes. This process should take about 4-5 hours.
    4. To serve, just scoop the granita into a bowl and top with extra mint leaves (if desired).
