Ingredients
  • 212 oz Packages Cocktail Sausages
  • 1/2bottle Barbecue Sauce(Approx. 8 Ounces)
  • 1/4cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1tbsp White Vinegar
  • 1tbsp Honey
  • 4oz Beer(Preferable Lager Style)
Instructions
  1. Place the sausages in the Instant Pot.
  2. Add the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, honey and beer. Stir to combine.
  3. Set the Instant Pot to low “Pressure Cooker” status for 1 minute.
  4. Once timer goes off, natural release for 5 minutes.
  5. OPTIONAL: To thicken the sauce, turn the Instant Pot on to “Saute”. Cook and stir for up to 5 minutes to your desired thickness.
  6. Serve immediately or turn Instant Pot to “warm” to keep warm until ready to serve.
