Spicy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 CucumberAny Variety
  • 1/2 Small Red OnionThinly Sliced
  • 1 Green OnionChopped
  • 2 Garlic ClovesMinced
  • 2tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1tsp SugarOptional
Instructions
  1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. If you don’t care for seeds, cut it in half lengthwise first and scoop out the seeds.
  2. Place the sliced cucumber into a large bowl and add the onion, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes, sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, and sugar.
  3. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
