Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites – Red Pepper and Spinach
Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites using the Instant Pot. This recipe is loaded with red peppers, spinach and flavor! This is a 21 Day Fix, Weight Watchers and Keto Friendly Recipe.

Ingredients
  • 4 Whole Eggs(or 6 Egg Whites)
  • 2/3cup Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3cup Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/4cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4cup Spinach
  • 1tbsp Feta Cheese
  • 1 Green Onion(diced)
  • 1/2tsp Salt
  • Dash Hot Sauce(Optional)
Instructions
  1. Add the eggs, cheese, cottage cheese, red peppers, yogurt, spinach, green onion and salt to the blender and blend until smooth (about 15 seconds).
  2. Add a dash of hot sauce if desired and blend for a few more seconds.
  3. Put 1.5 cups of water in the bottom of your Instant Pot followed by the trivet that came with your pot.
  4. If using the silicon baby food trays, fill each one 3/4 of the way to the top.
  5. If using the glass mason jars, spritz with spray oil and fill 3/4 of the way to the top.
  6. Cover each mason jar loosely with foil and place gently in the Instant Pot.
  7. Place the cover on the Instant Pot and select “Steam” and set to 8 Minutes.
  8. Once the timer goes off, quick release (QR) by turning the knob on top to release pressure.
  9. Carefully remove the egg bites from the Instant Pot and let cool down for a few minutes.
  10. Enjoy immediately.
