Happy Sunday and last day of February. Let’s celebrate with a new Weekly Meal Plan! We’re cooking up a ton of great grub this week and I’m happy to have the opportunity to share it with you!

A few notes on how I compile my Weekly Meal Plans:

  1. I tend to keep it easy during the week and like fancier meals during the weekend. Flip the days if you like to keep it easy over the weekend.
  2. I try and limit proteins to 2-3 different types per week to save money, but it doesn’t always work out that way.
  3. Breakfast during the week is usually oatmeal, protein bars or eggs. Nothing fancy enough to list. But, we make up for it during weekend brunch!
  4. We love to grill year round since we’re Southern California based. Look for grill recipes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

Lunch: Chia Seed Pudding with Coconut and Berries


Dinner: Grilled Pizza



Brunch: Harissa Shakshuka


Dinner: Birthday Party Potluck – Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta with our favorite Riesling.
