Meal Plan #4
Happy Sunday! It’s a busy week so we’re featuring quite a few quick meals this week, which I’m sure, many of you will love!
A few notes on how I compile my Weekly Meal Plans:
- I tend to keep it easy during the week and like fancier meals during the weekend. Flip the days if you like to keep it easy over the weekend.
- I try and limit proteins to 2-3 different types per week to save money, but it doesn’t always work out that way.
- Breakfast during the week is usually oatmeal, protein bars or eggs. Nothing fancy enough to list. But, we make up for it during weekend brunch!
- We love to grill year round since we’re Southern California based. Look for grill recipes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

Dinner – Fully Loaded Chipotle Chicken Salad
Lunch – Avocado Cucumber Salad

Lunch- Spicy Quinoa Cakes
Dinner- Zucchini Fritters
