Meal Plan #1
Welcome to our first Weekly Meal Plan post! Every week we pull together a menu of the recipes we’re going to make and instead of keeping it to ourself, we’re sharing it with you!
A few notes on how I compile my Weekly Meal Plans:
- I tend to keep it easy during the week and like fancier meals during the weekend. Flip the days if you like to keep it easy over the weekend.
- I try and limit proteins to 2-3 different types per week to save money, but it doesn’t always work out that way.
- Breakfast during the week is usually oatmeal, protein bars or eggs. Nothing fancy enough to list. But, we make up for it during weekend brunch!
- We love to grill year round since we’re Southern California based. Look for grill recipes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday!
Dinner: Moroccan Sheet Pan Chicken
Dinner: Penne Alla Vodka
Lunch: Easy 10 Minute Egg Drop Soup
Dinner: Sheet Pan Fajitas
Lunch: Baked Chicken with 10 Minute Asparagus
Dinner: Left over pork chops from Wed. with Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
Lunch: Leftover Coconut Shrimp with Spicy Peach Dip from Thursday
Breakfast: Slow Cooker Cheesy Bacon Strata
Lunch: Out with Friends!
Dinner: Grilled Flank Steak Tacos
