St. Patricks Day Jello Shots

Add a touch of fun to your next St. Patrick’s Day party with a tray of St. Patricks Day Jello Shots. All you need is a box of green jello, water and Jameson Whiskey. These will be a huge hit with your party guests

Ingredients

1 box green Jello (3.2 oz) *Note 1
1 cup boiling water
½ cup Jameson Whiskey
½ cup cold water
Optional toppings: whipped cream and sprinkles.

Instructions

Optional: Place the plastic shot cups on a cookie sheet.
Add the Jello and boiling water to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Keep stirring until all crystals have dissolved (approx. 1 minute).
Add the whiskey and cold water and stir to combine.
Carefully pour the liquid into the shot cups, 3/4 of the way full.
Transfer to the refrigerator and let chill for 2-3 hours, until set.
Optional: Top with optional garnishes and serve.

Note 1 - Use any Jello flavor you prefer.
