Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
Strain the extra liquid from the yogurt and add it to a large mixing bowl with the flour.
Mix together the flour and yogurt until it begins to form a crumbly dough. When mixed, use your hands to form one ball with the dough.
Knead the dough with your hands (on a floured surface) or add the dough to a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment. Knead the dough until it forms one ball and pulls away from the sides of the mixing bowl or if mixing by hand, until it is no longer sticky. DO NOT OVER MIX.
Divide the dough into four equal balls. Roll out ball on a lightly floured surface until it becomes a smooth and even rope about 3/4" thick. Pinch the ends together to form a round circle. Repeat with remaining dough balls.
Transfer the bagels to the baking sheet.
OPTIONAL STEP: Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with your preferred toppings.
Bake the bagels for approx. 23-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
OPTIONAL STEP: After their cooked, remove them from the oven and turn heat up to 500°F. Place the bagels back in oven and bake about 2-3 minutes until surface is browned.
Enjoy immediately or wrap tightly after cooling until you're ready to enjoy.
