  • 2 5.5 oz. V8 Vegetable Juice (Regular or Spicy)
  • 16-20 Pieces Large Shrimp (Cooked, tails Removed)
  • 1/2 Avocado (Diced)
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion (Diced)
  • 1 Small Jalapeno (Finely Diced)
  • 1/2 Lime (Juiced)
  • Tabasco Sauce (To Taste)
  • Cilantro (To Taste)

  • Add the avocado, onion, jalapeno and lime juice to a medium size bowl and stir.
  • Chop the shrimp into bite size pieces and add to the avocado mix. Fold gently into the mixture.
  • Slowly pour the V8 juice over the shrimp mixture until you've reached your desired consistency. Use 1 can if you prefer less "cocktail sauce."
  • Carefully divide the mixture into 2 large martini glasses. Top with tabasco sauce and cilantro (if desired).
  • Enjoy immediately!
