Chia Seed Pudding with Coconut Milk and Berries
Chia Seeds Pudding made with Coconut Milk and Berries.
Servings: 4 servings
- 2/3 cup Chia Seeds
- 2 cup Coconut Milk
- Berries (Strawberries Blackberries, Blueberries)
Combine the chia seeds and coconut milk in a mason jar and put in the refrigerator. Let sit for a minimum of 30 minutes, up to overnight.
When ready to eat, top it with berries of your choice.
Refrigerate up to 5 days!
