Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 cup Peanut Oil
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Gingerroot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Celery
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Dash of Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until almost smooth. May be kept refrigerated up to one week.
