  • 24 oz Baby Potatoes (Gold, Red or Yellow)
  • 1.5 tbsp Olive or Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Thyme or Fresh Rosemary (*Note 1)
  • 1 tsp Powdered Garlic (*Note 2)
  • Salt and Pepper (To Taste)

  • Pre-heat the air fryer to 400 Degrees F.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and toss to coat.
  • Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket. Space out as much as possible.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, tossing half way through to ensure even cooking.
  • Check for doneness. Add an extra 2 minutes, for a softer potato.
  • Serve immediately.

Note 1 - If you don't have fresh Thyme or Rosemary on hand, you can replace with 1/2 tbsp of dry spices.
Note 2 - You can use freshly grated garlic,  however it's hard to distribute the garlic-y goodness into each bite. We find using powdered garlic distributes the garlic flavor better. Feel free to use a mix of both!
