Ingredients
8ozcream cheese, softened
8ozcheddar cheese, shredded
¾cupCaptain Rodney's Boucan Glaze, divided*Note 1
½cupmayonnaise
8slicescooked and crumbled bacon, divided
3green onions, sliced, divided
½cupbutter cracker crumbles (about 8-10 crackers)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ½ cup of glaze, mayo, half the bacon, and half the green onions. Use a hand or stand mixer, if needed.
Spread the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish or a similar oven-safe dish. Top with the crushed cracker crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining glaze, and top with the remaining bacon and green onions. Serve immediately for best results.
Notes
Note 1 - You can use red pepper jelly in place of the glaze, if desired.
