Add the Jello and boiling water to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Keep stirring until all crystals have dissolved (approx. 1 minute).
Add the vodka and sour apple pucker and stir to combine.
Carefully pour the liquid into the shot cups, filling halfway.
Transfer to the refrigerator and let chill for a minimum of 2 hours, until set.
Carefully squeeze or spoon about 1 tbsp of caramel on top of the set green jello.
Transfer to the refrigerator and let chill for a minimum of 2 hours, until set.
Remove from the refrigerator right before serving.
Notes
Note 1 - Use any green Jell-o flavor you prefer.Note 2 - You can use plain vodka as well. It won't be as Caramel-forward, but it will still taste amazing.Note 3 - I only use De Kuyper Sour Apple Pucker, but any other brand will work.Note 4 - Make sure to use a thick caramel sauce so it "sets" on top of the shot.
