Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Store in an air tight container for up to 6 months. (*Note 2)

Note 1 - To use as a carnitas marinade, combine 2 tablespoons of seasoning, 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, lime juice from one lime and the juice from one orange. Note 2 - One batch covers 1.5-2 lbs of pork.
