1lbelbow macaroni*Note 1
½cupdiced red onions
3stalkscelery, diced
1tbspminced fresh dill*Note 2
DRESSING
1cupmayonnaise*Note 3
½cupsour cream
2tbspwhite vinegar*Note 4
1tbspyellow mustard
1tbsprelish
1tbspwhite sugar
1tspgarlic powder
½tspsalt
½tspblack pepper

Instructions
Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Cook pasta al dente, according to the package directions. Transfer the pasta to a colander and run under cold water to stop the cooking. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.
While the pasta is cooking, make the dressing. Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
Add the red onions, celery, fresh dill to the mixing bowl with the cooked pasta. Use a spatula and gently toss to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
Note 1 - You can sub in your favorite small pasta shape.Note 2 - If you only have dried dill, add in 1 teaspoon of dried dill in place of the fresh dill. Note 3 - Use your favorite brand of mayo. If you use a sub-par brand the final product will suffer.Note 4 - You can use red wine vinegar instead, if preferred.Note 5 - Omit if you only have fresh dill. You may need to add an extra teaspoon of diced fresh dill at the end, if the dill flavor isn’t strong enough.
