Horseradish Butter (Use Fresh or Prepared Horseradish)
Horseradish butter is a luxurious and flavorful condiment made with just a few simple ingredients: high-quality butter, horseradish, fresh herbs, lemon juice, and sea salt.

unsalted butter, softened

horseradish, freshly grated or prepared

Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mash with a fork. You can also use a stand mixer or food processor to blend.
8 oz unsalted butter, softened,
½ tsp horseradish, freshly grated or prepared,
1 tsp chopped herbs
Taste and add extra horseradish and/or sea salt, to taste, if desired.
½ tsp sea salt, + more to taste
Optional: Let the butter rest on the counter for 20 minutes to meld the flavors. It's now ready to use.

Use high-quality butter, if possible.
Note 2 -
Fresh thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano and chives are all great options.
