Jello Cups With Lids (2 oz)

Ingredients

1 box Skittles Jello (3.89 oz.) *Note 1
1 cup boiling water
⅔ cup rum or vodka *Note 2
⅓ cup cold water
Optional toppings: Skittles Candy and/or Whipped Cream

Instructions

Optional: Place the plastic shot cups on a baking sheet. Set aside.
Add the Jello and boiling water to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Keep stirring until all crystals have dissolved (approx. 1 minute).
1 box Skittles Jello (3.89 oz.), 1 cup boiling water
Add the rum/vodka and cold water and stir to combine.
⅔ cup rum or vodka, ⅓ cup cold water
Carefully pour the liquid into the shot cups, 3/4 of the way full.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and let chill for 2-3 hours, until set.
Optional: Top with the whipped cream and skittles and serve.
Optional toppings: Skittles Candy and/or Whipped Cream

Notes

Note 1 - Use any Skittles flavor you prefer.

Note 2 - Pineapple Rum or Whipped Cream vodka would be delicious!
