TUNA:
1lbSushi-grade Fresh Tuna*Note 1 & 2
GARNISHES & SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
soy sauce, to taste
wasabi, to taste
2"piecefresh ginger or pickled ginger
Instructions
Thinly slice the tuna, against the grain. Slices should be 1/8" - 1/4" thick. Transfer to a large serving platter with the tuna slices slightly overlapping.

Garnish with the wasabi and ginger. Serve immediately with soy sauce.
