Au Jus Mix
¼cupbeef bouillon powder
¼cupcorn starch
2tsponion powder
¼tspgarlic powder
¼tspblack pepper
Au Jus Recipe (Made With or Without Drippings)
2cupswater, beef broth, or drippings*Note 1

Instructions
Make the Au Jus Mix
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and use a whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
Make Beef Au Jus Using The Mix
Add 2 cups of water or beef broth and 4½ teaspoons of the au jus mix to a small saucepan and bring to a boil, whisking constantly.
Turn the heat down to medium and let the mixture simmer for 4-5 minutes.
