2mediumavocados
½cupMexican crema or sour cream*Note 1
1lime, juiced and zested*Note 2
2-4tbspfinely chopped cilantro*Note 3
1clovegarlic, grated
¼tspsea salt+ more to taste
Instructions
Add the sour cream, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, garlic and salt to a blender and mix until well combined. Taste and adjust the ingredients as needed.
Notes
Note 1 - For less "tang" mayonnaise or your favorite Greek yogurt. Note 2 - Standard limes have approx. 2 tbsp. of juice inside. Make sure to use fresh lime vs bottled lime as the flavor won't be the same. Note 3 - Start with 2 tbsp, taste and add more as needed. You can always add more, but you can't remove it once added.
