½cupUnsalted Butter
1tbspFresh Lemon Juice
HOMEMADE CAJUN SEASONING
1½tbspMinced Garlic*Note 1
¾tspCayenne Pepper
½tspDried Thyme
½tspGarlic Powder
½tspOnion Powder
¼tspDried Oregano
¼tspPaprika
¼tspGround Black Pepper
¼tspKosher Salt
Instructions
Pre-heat a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add the butter.
Once the butter is melted, add the lemon juice, garlic, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, black pepper and salt, and whisk to combine. Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve immediately.
