Ingredients
1BatchInstant Pot Refried Beans or 1/2 Batch Slow Cooker Refried Beans or (2) 15 oz. Cans of Canned Refried Beans*Note 1
Stir in the lime juice, garlic, chili powder, ground cumin and salt. Taste and add additional seasonings, if necessary.
Transfer to a shallow dish and top with avocado, tomato, onions, cheese, cilantro and any other toppings you select. Serve with tortilla chips.
