This quick and easy Hot Reuben Dip recipe has all the flavors of a classic Reuben Sandwich, in the form of a dip. Cream cheese is mixed with corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing to create the perfect appetizer for St. Patrick's Day or game day.
Serve with rye bread, rye crackers, Triscuits, pita bread or your favorite crackers.

Oven Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 400°F.
Add the corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, salad dressing, and garlic powder to a medium mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to an 8"x8" baking dish and use a spatula to evenly spread.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until bubbly and hot.
Optional - Broil for 5 minutes to brown the top of the dip.

Crockpot Directions
Throw everything in the crockpot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours. Serve with rye bread, rye crackers, Triscuits, pita bread or your favorite crackers.
Notes
Note 1 - Use leftover corned beef, canned corned beef or even deli meat.Note 2 - This recipe hasn't been tested with low fat cream cheese.Note 3 - Use homemade or store bought Thousand Island Dressing. You can also sub in Russian Dressing.
