Introducing the crisp Irish Mule recipe – an Irish twist on the classic Moscow Mule. Whisky is swapped in for the vodka to create a bubbly, slightly spicy and vibrant whiskey mule recipe. It's as delicious as our Mexican Mule and other Moscow Mule recipes.
Add the mint leaves and lime juice to a copper mug, or highball glass, and lightly muddle.
Fill the mug 1/2 way with ice and add the Irish Whiskey. Gently stir to combine.
Add the ginger beer and gently stir to combine. Add extra ice, if needed to fill the mug.
Garnish with lime wedges and mint leaves. Enjoy!
Notes
Note 1 - If mint isn't your thing, feel free to omit. Note 2 - It doesn't have to be Irish whiskey. Just use what you already have - make it a Whiskey mule instead!Nutritional information is just an estimate and not exact.
