3Ripe Mangos, Diced
½CupRed Onion, Diced
1-2Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded and Minced
¼CupPacked Fresh Cilantro Leaves, Chopped
1Fresh Lime, Juiced

Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss to combine. Taste and season with salt, if desired.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 2 days.
Notes
Note 1 - Make sure to consider what you're using the salsa on. Chips are usually pretty salty, so you don't need to add as much.
