Note 1 - Skirt steak will cook quickly, so stand by and use a digital thermometer to get it to your preferred internal temperature. If using flank steak, it will take a few extra minutes, per side, to cook as it's a thicker cut of meat.Note 2- Keep an eye on the tortillas as they cook.
