Spinach and Feta Phyllo Cups

Spinach and Feta Phyllo Cups

Spinach and Feta Phyllo Cups

This is a nice little appetizer I like to bring to family functions. This is one of those recipes that can easily adapt to your families taste. I LOVE garlic and actually throw in a little garlic salt, on top of what’s listed in the recipe, but that’s overkill for many.

Cheese heads lovers will love the duo cheese combo goin’ on. If I have goat cheese on hand I’ll throw a little in as well. Whenever I throw a ragin’ party in my mouth, cheese is usually a guest and he never shows up empty handed.

This recipe is made with Phyllo Cups, but you can easily substitute in Puff Pastry.

They are delicious but there is no calories value on file. It would be nice to have that information in your recipe.

Darcey - I haven't made these but you might want to double check your recipe - it should say 2 - 10oz boxes of spinach not 2oz boxes 10 ea and the Athens phyllo cups usually come in boxes of 15 so if you say it makes 30 appetizers it should be 2 boxes not 3... or the quantity should be 45 appetizers. With these errors I don't know if the other quantities are correct or not so I'll wait to make these. They do sound good!

I'm confused about this line in the recipe:

"2 oz Boxes Frozen Chopped Spinach 10 each"

Is that supposed to mean 2-10 oz boxes?
