How To Cook Smoked Turkey Wings

Coat ’em up, cook ’em up, flip and eat! That’s it in a nutshell. Turkey wings are naturally bland, so it’s important to select a killer BBQ dry rub and/or sauce to add flavor to the smoked meat.

Best Wood To Smoke Turkey

Wondering what wood to use to smoke turkey? There are quite a few that work well. Pecan is one of our favorites when smoking poultry. It lends a nice sweetness to the meat. Cherry wood and apple wood are great options as well. Hickory is a classic choice for a whole turkey, but it overwhelms barbecue based smoked turkey.
